our customer relations. We treat our customers as friends and have many, many
referral customers. We will make every attempt to satisfy your needs and are
proud to be serving you. We feel that we are the best on-line supplier of
quality replacement parts serving the solid waste industry.
Pricing: All prices on our website
and online catalog are subject to change without notice. Distributors price
changes are posted as soon as possible. We attempt to honor all prices posted.
HOWEVER, if it is not possible we will notify you and offer alternative pricing
if desired. We will not charge a different price than posted without permission.
If you notice a different price or pricing is not as expected, notify Wasteequipmentparts.com
immediately.
No Minimum Order: Wasteequipmentparts.com
is committed to supplying the quantities you need. There
is no minimum order beyond the packaged quantities for any order over our
website.
Security: Member login and Credit
Card pages are secured using SSL encryption. Transmission of credit card numbers
is done through a secure server link. PayPal does the actual credit card
processing. If you choose to not place your order online, place all of your
items in which you are interested into the shopping cart, you can print the page
and place your order by phone, fax or by mail.
Payment Terms: Major credit cards
are accepted - American Express, Mastercard, and VISA. For customers with
established credit, our terms are NET 15 after receipt of material. Fifteen (15)
days after delivery, a 1.5% per month carrying charge may be applied on the
unpaid balance of your order. If your credit is not yet approved, prepayment by
check or money order in U.S. funds, or payment by credit card is required. As a
policy we do not ship COD. Georgia customers must pay 7 3/4% Sales Tax, unless a
properly executed Georgia Tax Exemption Certificate is in our possession.
Overpayments: If you
overpay an
invoice, a credit will be applied to your account. This credit can be used for
future purchases, or refunded at your request.
Special Orders: If a part or
accessory if not normally stocked, Wasteequipmentparts.com will order that part
on a special order basis for our customers. Special orders may require a 50%
deposit that is not normally returnable unless there are fitment or warranty
issues. We ask that you be sure that the item is what you want before ordering.
Deposits may not be refundable if you cancel the order unless we can cancel from
the distributor and not incur fees. If they charge Wasteequipmentparts.com fees
we will only charge you what we are charged and refund the balance.
Warranties: All manufacturers
and vendors warranties are applied as dictated by the manufacturer or vendor.
Where allowed, Wasteequipmentparts.com will handle warranty actions. When the
manufacturer or vendor handles warranty, Wasteequipmentparts.com will assist in
coordinating the repair or replacement of defective items. Wasteequipmentparts.com
does NOT directly warranty any part, accessory or
product sold. We accept no responsibility for manufacturer defects or
deficiencies. We do not represent that parts are suitable for particular use
and, accordingly, advise you that THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MARKETABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE. That is the sole extent of our liability.
Returns: No returns after 30
days from date of purchase. Nor returns on electrical items unless approved by
distributor or manufacturer in advance. All returns must have a Return
Merchandise Authorization. To obtain an RMA number contact Wasteequipmentparts.com
and ask for an RMA number. The RMA form must be inside
the box. Any item received without an RMA will be returned to the sender! New
and unused items must be returned in their original packaging. "Test fitting" or
mounting a product becomes used and not returnable unless defective. If we are
in error regarding your order, correction will be made promptly and without
charge. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cancellations or returns of Special
Orders, OEM or Special Manufacturing items since they have been purchased or
modified per your instructions.
Special Notice: Once an RMA
has been requested and accepted, the customer is guaranteeing the part,
accessory or product to be in the condition as stated in the request for the RMA,
We will aggressively pursue fraudulent claims with legal recourse if justified.
We treat you honestly, we expect our customers to do so in return.
Shipping Policy: Our
standard shipping method is UPS within the continental United States for
standard size packages weighing less than 10 lbs. Ask our customer service
representatives about special shipping option such as priority overnight or
Saturday delivery. Any order too large for UPS shipping will be FOB Tocoa,
GA and a rate will be quoted. When our catalog indicates FOB shipment for
an item, the actual shipping charges will be applied to your invoice. The
majority of orders are shipped via UPS. Regular Ground UPS orders should
be received in 5 to 7 week days or sooner after shipping.
Backorders: We strive
to maintain an adequate supply of the products we sell at all times. If
for some reason we are out of stock at the time you order, we will backorder the
item you requested and ship to you as soon as it becomes available. If you
prefer to have your order ship "only when complete" just let us know
when you place your order and we will schedule your order for shipment when all
items are available. If an item is on backorder we will notify you.

& Puerto Rico: Additional shipping cost may apply.
International Orders:
Order may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our secure online
ordering system at www.Wasteequipmentparts.com
or by fax at 706-282-0340. We accept American Express, MasterCard and
Visa. Orders are shipped complete. We do not ship backorder outside
the continental United States. We will notify you if we happen to be out
of stock of any item prior to shipping. Please provide a daytime phone
number with country code. Actual shipping charges apply to all packages
shipped outside of the continental United States. We will gladly work with
you to determine the most cost-effective methods to ship your order. Due
to the additional time required to process these orders, a minimum order amount
and/or service fee may apply.
Customs and Import Duties:
Wasteequipmentparts.com does not collect import duties or customs taxes and has
no knowledge of what these charges may be. If you are responsible for
these additional charges, you will be required to pay them in order for your
package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country/s
custom policies, contact your local customs office.
OEM/Distributor Sales: For
large quantity pricing, scheduled shipments, or custom kitting of production
parts, please contact us.
Privacy Policy: We do
not sell, distribute or use customer information for other than internal
business.
